Coffee in the courtyard before the day begins

By 7:15, the garden path is already busy. Raised beds of herbs and tomatoes line the south wall, tended by residents who asked for them three years ago and still show up every Tuesday with gloves.

Breakfast served 7–9 AM · Courtyard open year-round

Physical therapy in a room that forgets it's therapy

The wellness suite faces east. Natural light does most of the work. Our licensed therapists have been here an average of six years — long enough to know which residents prefer music and which prefer quiet.

On-site PT/OT · 1:8 staff ratio · No outside scheduling

Warm common room in the evening with residents gathered around a piano and soft amber lighting
Evening
Evening

The common room fills up around seven

Some nights it's a local bluegrass quartet. Some nights it's a movie and popcorn. Every third Friday, the family dinner table seats forty. The porch light stays on until the last resident is in for the night.

Evening programs 7 nights a week · Families always welcome

In Their Words

The people who live here
already told us what to say

I moved my mother to Maple Grove from Michigan. I was terrified. By the third week, she was the one calling me to say she was fine - she'd joined the garden club and had opinions about tomato varieties.

When Dad had a fall at 2 AM, someone was there before I even got off the phone. Not a recording. A person.

I visited twelve communities over two months. Haven's properties were the only ones where the staff knew residents by name in the hallway.

Our Communities

Five communities.
One standard of care.

Each property is different. The hallway temperature, the garden layout, the evening program schedule. What doesn't change is who answers the phone.
